Anastasiia has been helping people through yoga and meditation for over 8 years, both in group settings and one-on-one. She's worked with various groups, including athletes, cancer survivors, people with disabilities, and those dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.

 

 Anastasiia is trained in different yoga methods and is a candidate for Yoga Therapy with The International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Her sessions are tailored to individual needs and typically include breath work, gentle movement, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques. She also provides a personalized home practice outline after each session.

 

Those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, women's health issues, chronic pain, and stress can benefit most from working with Anastasiia one-on-one.
